Coverage
Rural Netspeed Rural Voice plans will work anywhere in New Zealand while your phone handset is connected to your Rural Broadband modem and you can access broadband services.
VOIP Netspeed VoIP phone services work when connected to any broadband connection anywhere in the world. This means you can use your VoIP phone connection as a fixed phone connection at home and you can even take it on holiday to Europe and call your friends and family at the same rates as you enjoy from home.
Equipment
Rural Netspeed Rural Voice plans work by connecting your existing phone handsets to the phone socket on the back of your Netspeed Rural Broadband so there are no additional setup charges (new and/or additional phone handsets are NOT included with Rural Voice plans).
VOIP Netspeed VoIP phone adaptors are priced from $125 with no additional install fees for Netspeed Broadband members. Your existing phone handsets will connect to the supplied phone adaptor (new and/or additional phone handsets are NOT included with the plan or setup equipment). An additional $100 setup fee will apply for non Netspeed broadband members.
