phone and Video calls are at your normal plan price although if you are making a
call to any other NetSpeed VoIP internet phone customer (or a customer of one of
our partner VoIP phone companies) calls are FREE.

How do I set up NetSpeed SoftFone?

Download and install the NetSpeed SoftFone software, (Available Soon).
- When
starting the software complete the initial login and setup screen with the
following details
Account Name = your Caller ID or NetSpeed VoIP Phone Number
Login / Username = your NetSpeed VoIP phone number
Password = your NetSpeed VoIP account password
SIP DOMAIN / Relm = voip.netspeed.net.nz
Display Name = your Caller ID or NetSpeed VoIP Phone Number
Server = voip.netspeed.net.nz
Proxy = voip.netspeed.net.nz : 5060
- click
the connect button and follow the onscreen options to add contacts to your
address book, make phone calls, manage most popular IM accounts or chat with
other Netspeed VoIP internet phone customers.
